How do I deal with my creepy coworker?

Ive been a waitress and my job has mostly fine. However there is this older male coworker (50s-60s) that has been making some strange comments lately and Im not exactly sure how to deal with them.
For some context Im 17 years old and in high school so obviously Im a minor. Also where I work it involves me going into the kitchen a lot for various reasons so I get to know the cooks as well as the other waitresses.
Alright so because this coworker is older I used to write off some of this behavior as just him seeing me like a daughter since he has a daughter around my age and all but I have a gut feeling its not like that.

At first it was just comments yknow him telling me Im cute or whatever which I didnt think about because Im probably the youngest worker there. Recently he said something about me being his favorite waitress and in response I told him hes my favorite cook and to not tell my other favorite cooks (which i assume he didnt hear the second part) and today he was bragging about it to the other cooks.
Another time it was just me working as a waitress because my coworker left early because it was dead and so it was just me and him and another cook who had left to get some stock and he cornered me and told me he really appreciated my compliment (referring back to the favorite cooks comment) and he asked me why i was so cute in which i just kinda looked away and ignored him even though i was cornered at the drive through register. Eventually he got the hint and moved away.

Its like every time he walks in he tries to hug me and stuff and sometimes he just walks up and hugs me out of nowhere and Im not sure how I can bring this up to my manager especially because this guy has been working there for years and Im still sort of new. Im just not sure how I can make this behavior stop even though Ive tried to hint that this stuff makes me uncomfortable. And on top of that I feel like my managers kind of undermine me because of my age so thats one of the big reasons I havent brought it up to them. But yeah any advice helps thanks
