How to Recruit People for a Face it league team?

My team is currently going into Season 9 of Face it League with only 1 tank and 2 DPS with no supports and no subs. I am the coach for the team itself so I personally don't play due to other things I have to do outside of the face it league. I have heard that twitter is a good place to recruit People but I have tried the Overwatch Official Discord Server and nothing seems to work. Personally my team is looking for anybody ranked masters or above to fill in these roles for now. Any tips or tricks and even guides would be greatly appreciated on how we can accomplish this endeavor together.
