when can I start pumping post surgery?

Hey all, I am about 4 weeks post surgery. I went for my 3 week checkup and the doctor says everything is looking great. I've been cycling and holding it for 30 minutes about a week relatively easily. Since week 2, my gf has been giving me very gentle oral until I cum without any issues. I'm careful to keep the area dry and clean afterwards.

I've watched a few ofbDr. Perito's videos where he mentions that it's okay to use a VED with the pump. Can anyone tell me when is an okay time to try that?

I would at the very least wait until my sutures are all the way out and all incisions done healing before I started. I assume that those should be done by week 6, I hope.
