BAC vs Sterile Water For Dogs

Hello everyone, as the titles says what are your opinions on BAC water versus sterile water for dogs? I saw another post recently where people were commenting that BAC water is toxic to dogs. Does anyone have any personal experience or knowledge on the topic?

Asking because I am considering bpc-157 treatment for my 13lb 14 years old chihuahua/terrier mix. She’s got plenty of spunk but has slowed down a lot lately. She’s already on gabapentin and cbd isolate powder which helps, but I am looking for the next thing that could help improve her quality of life.
