Night weaning help

I want to night wean my 16 months old but I’m completely lost. I tried sleep training when LO was 10 months old but failed and have no wishes to go through that again. So I would love to read what methods have you tried and what works best. LO currently cosleeps but also sleeps here and there in his crib.
