What's the diff between the 3 SOC ori camps?

The email sent to us mentioned FSC, FOW AND FFC, but the descriptions of all 3 sound pretty much the same. Don't think I'd want to join all 3 since they do cost money and travel time (I don't live near nus) so I'd like to ask any seniors who have participated in these camps before, what do they focus on/do during these camps? thanks!
