Streaming Issue/Random Weak WiFi

Hello! So, a few months ago I’ve been noticing that my WiFi signal is often not the strongest even though I have a really good router. My neighbors pops up as the strongest. I do speed tests and it always says excellent with download and upload speeds. 70-90 MBPS both ways. My main concern right now though which may be unrelated, is Paramount+. I can’t stream anything. I primarily watch on my XBox. I can scroll the menus, the previews automatically play as normal. But when I click on something to play it, it tries to load for 15-20 seconds and then gives a 3304 error code. The same thing happens when I try to watch on my PC. I can watch Paramount+ on my iPhone app, and my Samsung TV, but both Microsoft devices I own won’t play it. I’ve unplugged my router and modem numerous times, let them sit for minutes. I went into my router settings and rebooted it from there. I tested my connection on the XBox and everything shows good, NAT-Type Open. Any idea on what my issue might be (aside from the anti-Microsoft peanut gallery)?
