Moving back to NI to complete my last year of Uni. Is 30 too old for halls?

I'm looking at rooms to rent and a lot of the places I'm seeing aren't central, in places that look like they might have issues damp, cold etc. I saw someone looking to lease transfer there single ensuite, shared kitchen room at around $160 per week.

I was wondering is this dear for Belfast? and is being 30 too old to be living in halls? It just seems handy but if everyone else there is 18 it might feel strange for them having a 30 year old. I'm not sure how communal it all is.
