Mars Aghanim's Scepter Rework Idea: Turn Bulwark Into a Projectile Magnet

The current Mars Aghanim's Scepter feels a bit boring and doesn't really build on what makes the hero unique. Instead, I'd love to see it double down on Bulwark's projectile redirection. My idea is that Mars plants his shield into the ground for 10 seconds, creating an 800-radius area where incoming projectiles have an 80% chance to be redirected and absorbed by the shield regardless of direction. It would be a much more fun and unique upgrade for Mars rather than just giving him health and mana on kill.

Similar with Dawnbreaker, he will be barehanded but can't use his second skill.
