Can a 22Bet Decision Be Appealed Through Its Regulator?

Has anyone had experience with 22Bet closing an account for "duplicate account" violations?

I previously had an old account that was closed. Later, I opened a new account, completed identity verification, deposited funds, and accumulated winnings. 22Bet has now informed me that they consider the new account a duplicate account and have closed it, allowing withdrawal of deposits only while confiscating winnings.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone successfully challenged a similar decision with 22Bet?
2. Is 22Bet generally considered trustworthy when handling disputes over duplicate accounts?
3. What regulator currently oversees 22Bet, and how effective is that regulator compared with ADM in Italy?
4. Has anyone filed a complaint through the regulator or a gambling dispute service and obtained a positive outcome?
