Progressive email addresses

Does anyone know the email address format for Progressive employees? For example:

- firstinitial.lastname@progressive.com
- firstname.lastname@progressive.com
- etc.

We opened a claim 10 days ago, and the assigned claim representative has been completely unresponsive. She still hasn't scheduled an adjuster inspection. She never returns voicemails or acknowledges emails. The only way to reach her is to keep calling until she happens to answer.

At this point, I'm at my wits' end and want to escalate the issue to her manager. I have the manager's name, but I need to figure out their email address. If anyone knows the email format or can help me find the manager's email address, please DM me and I'll share the name.

Also, if you happen to have any advice how to handle this, please let me know. For reference it is a landlord policy on a condominium, the claim is related to water damage due to a cracked toilet tank.
