Could a mover plate effect a black hole?
If there is theoretically "no upper limit" to what can be moved with a mover plate, couldn't you theoretically move a black hole of any size?
This is relevant to book 5, and I guess book 6.
The limiting factor would likely be "is there enough matter or energy that can be converted into matter, to construct enough mover plates"
Theres also the possible issue of white holes existing, which might imply that black holes themselves interact with "subspace" in a way that is incompatible with how the mover plates function.
And... there's also the other other issue of Time Dialation and Spaghettification. Could you even move a mover plate close enough to the black hole to effect it and not get deleted. And if you could get it close enough, would you even have enough time to move it a noticeable amount.
