Siege 21+ was the most unfun gaming I have ever experienced.

New player. 60 hours in the passed week1/2. like siege mode. Pretty good at it but usually bow out at wave 15 since the few times i went to 20 it was.....something.

Just had a session with a really good team. we felt confident and decided to go into the final level. waves 21+

who balanced this? we made it to wave 23, and even that was a chore. wave 23 was horrendous! the tyranids constantly being buffed. while fighting a carnifex! I am not joking when i say that it took me(playing vanguard with power axe) AT LEAST 5 FULL COMBO CHAINS TO KILL A SINGE TERMAGANT! wave 22 itself took so long that was summoned the dreadnought TWICE because it kept timing out! 23 was twice as long to get half way through!

It was just an endless loop us us dying and rezing and dying and waiting for re-spawn until we just died!

why? why is this a thing? why was this artificial difficulty the road they chose and not something else?
