Agonising gas/digestion pains

I had no idea the gas/digestion pains at the start of pregnancy could be so bad!! Can anyone give me recommendations and remedies??

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and the pains are horrendous. I’m such a regular gal, 1-2 poops a day like clockwork, always great poops. Now I’m barely pooping once a day, so much gas, waking up at night from gas/digestion pains.

I’m fairly sure this is what it is (no bleeding, ultrasound normal).
