How can I know my Kuhli loaches are getting enough food?

Hii! I got 4 of them the other day (brown ones), I know they need 6 but the store only had 4 so 😭 I’ll get more later, it’s a 50L tank, that I know is a bit small, but I’m upgrading to a 4-6 foot tank that’ll be 250+L in a couple months.

I have a bladder snail infestation but I think most of them are too big (they are all very young coz I purged the adults manually a bit ago) but idk how small they need to be (I’m gonna use the cucumber trick to get them)

I’m a bit worried they aren’t eating enough, I’ve been feeding my fish sinking pellets and I’ve been feeding them just before lights out and making sure there is some leftover on the bottom, should this be fine??

I have shrimp in the tank and I hear loaches will go after them if they are starving, however they seem perfectly chill with my shrimp so should I see this as a sign they are doing fine?
