Elite Learning vs CEUFast for emergency medicine CEUs?

Trying to decide between Elite Learning and CEUFast for CEUs and interested how people in emergency medicine compare the two. At first glance they seem pretty similar but once you start digging there are differences in course format, topic selection, memberships and how everything is organized.

The biggest thing for me is finding something that is easy to keep up with around ED schedules without feeling repetitive or overly time consuming. Has anyone here looked into both? What stood out to you?
