high school office must haves

high school social workers, what are the things you need to have in your space? Also really need ideas for lighting.

I'm moving from a middle school to a high school next year so trying to get ideas. I was at the middle school for 2 years and moved "office" spaces 4 times during that time so never got anyting really set up or found what works for me.
