Is it possible to find work either with ACON or Vision Australia as a RN?

Which other companies, specialisations etc could I go into which allow me to work with people with low vision or disabilities as a RN? And same with a company that works within the lgbt community. I'm interested in either one, but am not sure how I can work specifically within those communities as a nurse.
