Whats the easiest way to get naval supremacy?

I have 1400 hours in HOI4 and just play it casually, I never learned how to use Navy beyond submarine spam but with the Man The Guns overhaul to navy I cant manage to get naval supremacy anymore. Please let me know if there's a easy method to do so in single player and/or if there's a mod that reverts it back to the old system.
