Maternity Leave for Salaried Managers

My partner and I are trying for a baby later this year and I was trying to find information on parental leave for salary managers - do we come under the same 12weeks that are offered to permanent team members, I wasn't sure if it was any different? Has anyone had a baby recently and know for sure?
