Honestly, maybe your GPA does matter a lot more than you think?

I graduated in May with a six figure offer, and a couple of interviews lined up. I had no internships and was not a part of any clubs. My only experience was retail jobs, and I went to a no-name mid tier college. The only thing I had going for me on my resume was a 3.9+ GPA. Yet I often hear that GPA doesn’t matter for CS, but I genuinely don’t think that’s the case.
