How can I tell what my boyfriends dick size is without having sex?

We’ve only recently started dating and we aren’t in a sexual level yet, and although I don’t think it would be a deal breaker it would be nice if he had an average or above average dick. Yes I tried staring at his pants to see whats up but he usually wears baggy jeans where I can’t tell shit. Any help would be nice!
