Village Generation

Anyone else ticked off at village Generation? I haven't found a single village in nearly 3 years that doesn't have 4 individual stories because of mountains and weird cliffs that make it so it's a nightmare to traverse and live in a village. It's also annoying that if I want a village that isn't ugly as hell I have to find a seed instead of finding one naturally like I used to. I understand that it's cooler than just a flat template pasted onto the map but it's not much better considering how much it basically finds the weirdest mountain and plops down the village resulting in the worst looking villages and most painful to traverse villages. It's annoying and I wish they would either change where and how a village generates or completely change how the worlds generate.
