Any tips for wide chested girlies?

So I've got a relatively wide chest and haven't bothered to get my measurements since stuff has been changing a lot. I got some flexible measuring tape and went through the abrathatfits calculator yesterday - according to it, if I were AFAB I'd have 42D/DD, or AMAB 42C (and it suggested 44B as a potentially more comfy sister size).

The problem is that my boobs certainly don't ***look*** like a C or D cup, and I think that's mostly because my chest is so fucking wide. If I squeeze the girls together or lay on my side, then yeah they look pretty nice, but normally? I'm lucky if I get any visible cleavage at all, and if I wear a low enough cut top to show cleavage, my nipples are damn near coming out of it.

Just wondering if y'all have any tips that might help over here. Prog has definitely helped a good bit, and my levels are good, but I'm definitely not super happy with where they are. I do feel like they've got more growing to do (I'm around 2yr7mo, but the first 9mo were basically a wash as I could never get my levels right pre-injections, so I think I'm practically closer to 2 years than 3), but still looking for advice lol
