[TOMT][Game][2000s][UK] Game I played in reception on the school computers. Something like Timmy or Jimmy's new House and it had a jingle.

I've got this image of the game stuck in my head that i remember playing years ago.
The Jingle went; T/Jimmy's got a new house, a new house, a new house.
I think the character was like a kid or a clown or something. And there were others like it in the series. In the house you would do different activities, like painting or decorating.
Thank you for any help.
