Is there a trick to get a deck frame hoisted up to where it needs to be solo?
I am building a small platform deck for my above ground pool. Nothing crazy just a 5x6 platform so we can use that instead of the plastic cracked stairs I have now. We plan to get an in ground pool in the next couple of years so this is going to be very temporary. Because of that I am using deck blocks. The pool is partially in ground where the deck is going to be so it’s only going to be about 3 ft in the air. The ground beneath is also not level. I leveled off the spots where the deck blocks sit but the frame is going to be at different heights. Is there a trick to hoist the frame up so I can attach it to the posts by myself or am I going to have to get some guys over to help me?
