Possible infection post molar extraction.

I had my lower molar extracted 5 days ago. I’ve been noticing a pinkish yellow discharge on my gauze pads that I bite down on every now and then and I notice it has an unpleasant odor. My dentist also placed dissolving sutures to help hold the blood clot in place as he explained. I would say my pain is about a 5 and can be easily managed with 200mg of ibuprofen a few times a day. There is slight swelling but no signs of fever as of now. Should I contact my Dentist or just keep rinsing with salt water?
