why does AI list things in 3s?

I keep getting ai stories on my reddit feed and also on tiktok. It always lists things in threes.

Is there a reason?
For example:

“Every X, every Y, every Z.”

“I wasn’t just X, I just wasn’t Y, I was Z.”
