Fan upgrade questions

I'm looking at upgrading the shitty NZXT/iBuyPower fans my pre-built came with now that one has some noises like its motor is failing. The case is a Y60.

I'm basically learning how to do things as they are upgraded so I'm pretty new.

Apparently I need a new fan hub because the one it comes with is six pin/proprietary. I know absolutely nothing about buying these.

Shopping List:

2 140mm RGB fans (side intake)

1 120mm RGB fan (back exhaust)

2 140mm non-RGB fan (bottom intake)

1 Universal(?) fan hub

I want to keep the RGB. The basement of the case is completely hidden so maybe two of those weirdly colored Noctua fans? However I'm unsure which model would be the best for performance and noise level. I'm looking at Phanteks for the others but I have no idea if they are actually good and if both brands of fans can use the same fan hub.

I appreciate any criticism or alternative brands you would suggest
