Unetwork has had a busy Q2, so here’s a quick community summary of what has happened so far and what is coming next.

**What happened so far in Q2**

The biggest milestone was the launch of the Scout & Runner Public Beta.

This introduced new task categories through Connectivity Verification and ScoutQuest. Unetwork is moving beyond passive telemetry and into tasks where your devices help validate real-world telecom network conditions.

Other major updates:

• Fiat reward withdrawals
• QR code login improvements
• Better onboarding flow
• App, marketplace, and portal upgrades
• Unetwork Ambassador Program
• New Unetwork Discord and YouTube channels

**Why does Unetwork exist?**

Unetwork is building a distributed network of devices that can support telecom verification, connectivity intelligence, telemetry, and third-party tasks. Real phones on real networks can provide data that simulations, VPNs, emulators, and data centers cannot easily replicate.

For ULOs, the logic is simple:

→ More capabilities = more task types
→ More task types = more earning opportunities
→ More real-world demand = more value flowing through the network

Task demand still depends on location, device quality, uptime, network conditions, and what clients actually need.

**What’s coming next**

The next phase is expected to focus on:

• Entropy
• Windows and macOS desktop support
• Better operator tools
• Expanded telemetry services
• More third-party task integrations

Desktop support is interesting because it opens the door to new categories of tasks. Entropy is also worth watching, since randomness and verification are so important in security, Web3, telecom, and distributed infrastructure.
