Instantly inbox placement test issue?

I’m a bit annoyed and keep getting the run around. I have smtp mailboxes that Ive had in warmup for many months and haven’t been using them with “100% health“. the reputation and tests outside instantly are fine.. no blacklists etc. but when I try to run inbox placement tests within instantly they are sending the emails but none are being received. I’ve been getting the runaround for a week with their support

I’ve heard the instantly warmup pool has been degrading especially with Google. Does anyone have any updates or seeing this? I’m trying to figure out if I need to find a new warm up tool, sequencer, etc.
