How do you test streaming?

How do you text streaming from obs, to see what it looks like without actually streaming. I just want to make sure my streaming would work correctly.

Ps. I only have a laptop and my phone to stream with.

Ps, ps. I dont know how to pull up twitch chat on my phone.
