Are black people the true aboriginal Americans?

I found this video that states black Americans were the aboriginal Americans that was discovered by Christopher Columbus and that Siberians came later. The user seems to do a good job with the research, but I am skeptical. I just want to how accurate his research actually is. I also provided a link for context.
