Dose change - not weight

I’ve been on Zepbound since March 2025. I slowly lost 50 pounds only going up to 7.5. I sat at that does for several
Months with no weight loss and finally convinced my doctor to move me up to 10. I’m in my second month of 10mg does and still no weight loss. I’ve been at my current weight since December. What’s going on? Has this happened to anyone else? Did you continue to increase your dose? Am I just finished losing weight? I’m hesitant to keep moving up because I’ve experienced pretty bad hair loss and I’ve been focusing on remedying that. SW: 226 CW: 177
