Looking for painting + wallpaper installer recs! (Competent but won't cost an arm and a leg)

Hello!! I’m looking to get one standard-sized room painted and wallpapered (paste-the-wall). I want someone who is super competent and does clean work. Just looking for a reliable professional or an independent handyman/woman who won't cost an absolute arm and a leg.

Does anyone have a go-to person or small local business they’ve used for a single-room project and loved? Thank you.
