Account restricted after transferring from my own HTX account to Bybit

Hi Bybit Team,

I'm hoping someone can help look into my case.

I transferred crypto from my own HTX account to my Bybit account. Shortly after the deposit, my account was restricted and a compliance ticket was automatically opened.

I've already submitted a case and provided supporting documents showing that the HTX account belongs to me, including the transfer records and proof of ownership.

I'm happy to cooperate with any review, but I haven't received an update yet and would just like to understand the status of my case and whether anything else is required from my side.
