What version of Shinobi Striker should I get?

I’m very close to finishing Shippuden, so I can finally play this game, which I’ve been eyeing for a while. I can get either the deluxe version or the regular, is the ultimate that much better than either of the two? Those are the only two on sale. I don’t know how much this game relies on dlc, but it looked a lot like xenoverse which I really enjoy.
