hi all, my partner’s bday is coming up and hes a big meat person. originally wanted to take him to brazilian bbq but couldnt really find a good option. any recs for elevated restaurants that have healthy portions and are meat-focused?

steakhouses are cool too, but very open to a diverse range of cuisines and restaurants!
