Your “current home” is whatever you genuinely consider to be the grounds of your current home without loopholes, extending out to the edge of your lawn for example if you have one, or if you’re in an apartment, your hallway. So basically the walls of your home, any front or back yard, etc. As an example, if you showed a random person the place, it would be what they’d reasonably say is “your” home just by looking at it.

You cannot leave the area for ANY reason, under any circumstances.

You cannot extend this area.

Somehow, you are guaranteed safety from natural disasters, fires, etc, but only you personally are, not your items or home - you won’t be stuck starving under rubble, but your house may collapse and you’d have to wait in the area on top of that rubble until it’s fixed.

People have no idea why you won’t leave, but the law won’t force you to if an emergency happens and you won’t be in danger if you stay during an emergency. Be reasonable, it’s basically just saying “no, you can’t leave but you won’t suffer and die of something wild because of that”.

Doctors and such will magically have mobile equipment that they will come visit you for if you need anything. If you need surgery they will wheel a mobile surgical center that magically fits in your living room and operate there for instance.
