Need help removing rosacea

Got confirmed by my skindoctor that i have rosacea but wont give me any treatments because im "too young" im currently 21 and had this my whole life. Starting to get more insecure because it gets worse by the years. Have tried many acids but nothing works. Dont care if its illegal or not i just need to fix it because im getting tired of it.
