After their first night together, they’re both confused. For a few days, they avoid each other’s gaze, not knowing what the other is thinking.

Finally, Mike visits Nancy in the middle of the night, and their secret relationship begins.

Possible plot continuation points:

\- Later, without Nancy’s knowledge, Mike applies for and gets hired at her workplace. Mike did this on the sly so he could spend even more stolen time with Nancy. At first, Nancy is completely freaked out by this.

\- Even later, Mike gets tired of constantly having to hide their relationship at the Wheeler House, so he suggests to Nancy that they move in together. At first, Nancy doesn’t want to, because people would look at her strangely for living with her adult younger brother, and she’s also worried that if they move in together, Mike will constantly pester her with his desires.
