Is this a me problem

Im having this issue where people at work are kind of overly friendly — I work in an office where we’re all mostly the same age and I’m kind of having this issue where some guys are crossing boundaries.
I don’t think I’m particularly friendly, like I definitely do try to be outgoing and speak to people but I’ve also had people tell me I give off the impression that I’m more reserved and guarded and yet I’ve had multiple instances of people in my office who I don’t even speak to request me on instagram.
It’s becoming a bit of a problem now because I feel like it starts off the same, the instagram request, they get drunk at a work event and then they try to pressure me into doing something with them.
I’ve asked multiple people if I give off a vibe that I’m open to relationships and they’ve all said no, other than the fact that I am chatty and bubbly.
I really don’t see what else I can do, I don’t think any of the other girls in the office are facing this because I’ve had this happen multiple times now it’s starting to stress me out because I think I’m doing something wrong.
