Unusual situation with a seller

I’ve purchased a handful of videos from a verified, reviewed seller. These were higher budget videos that I kept in the telegram chat.

These most recent video was not what we’d agreed upon. Half the length, missing crucial parts that were discussed and agreed to.

I pointed this out and was told that she basically forgot. Fine, happens. Disappointed but not the end of the world.

I told her that I wasn’t going to be able to buy another video for a bit.

Not ten minutes later she send a screenshot of an ad I had posted prior to the conversation that I had not yet marked fulfilled.

She accused me of lying and then deleted the telegram chat, including all of the customs.

Apparently she had only intended to delete her side of the chat, but regardless, the customs were gone. I pointed this out, she said they’re all deleted except the most recent, which she did send again, but 3 high budget customs are completely gone because of the actions of this seller.

Yes, I could have saved the videos, but I think that’s beside the point. She’s been rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. She’s also blocked me on Reddit.

I’m not quite sure what to do here. Any guidance or perspective is appreciated.
