Aberdeen Pig Farm

I am nearing the end of chapter 6 and want to pass on my money. When I go to Aberdeen pig farm no event is triggering and everytime they see me the female npc says “how do you keep coming back” and they both try to kill me. I’ve left, slept, did quests, and still not resetting. Am I hosed? Play on PS5.
