Description: I tried to use the "Switch Server" option under my account profile. It forced me into a guest tutorial, and now every time I try to access my profile or start a match, the game freezes and shows "Something went wrong (9963)." Reinstalling and switching devices did not fix it. Please manually reset my server shard back to the original server.
