Milldale

Anyone live in Milldale? My wife and I are looking at buying a new building there (due to be ready in August). I know there are additional infrastructure charges on top of rates.

The area looks nice and the neighbourhood feels good but just want to get people’s thoughts and if the extra infrastructure charges put you off etc?

We have two kids who will be attending the primary school.
