Premier cheaters selling cheats

I just came across a cheater in premier who admitted to cheating. His username included a link to a discord server that included multiple links to websites selling cheats. I already sent an email to steam, but I would like further advice regarding what actions can be taken because this was the most abusive case of cheating Ive ever been exposed to.
