I can’t tell if what i’m seeing is a negative entity or just a hallucination

I didn’t know what subreddit to post this in so i’m just putting it here. I’ve been having extreme paranoia led on by hallucinations and like the title says, can’t tell if they’re actually hallucinations or a spirit. It all started about a week ago when I tried to call out to Lilith (without protection, my mistake) cuz i thought she’s been reaching out. Which she might have, but what came after is freaking me out. She or someone was talking to me in my head, then i started to get really unsettled and had a feeling it wasn’t her. I started seeing this lady in white, black hair and a long neck that keeps snapping?? I can sense her presence, i dont physically see her but i have the image in my head and it almost feels real. Anyway i cant tell if this is some kind of negative entity or a hallucination, i’ve dealt with them before but mostly auditory from my bipolar and it also doesn’t help that i’m in a mixed episode. I’m gonna do a protection spell soon either way, just wanted to gather some opinions on whether or not its actually a spirit.
