Anyone in pnw growing outdoors rn (my true lemons are struggling I feel like I suck at growing them)

If anyone can give me tips on growing eureka, Harvey, pink eureka in a colder climate I have mine outdoors right now and they seem a lot more sensitive than my oranges or limes, the limes are growing like nobody’s business, the satsuma is just there and the Kishu is leafing out also, I feel like I’m missing something why are true lemons like 10x harder to care for? If it’s not too much salts in the pot it’s drying out too quick in the winter or not drying out enough or just not growing or even giving me enough success Is it the cold roots? Should I keep them mostly dry in my climate? I’ve had my green eureka drop all its leaves because of drying out (my fault I was gone for two weeks) and it hasn’t came back since I even up potted it in a air pot with a lot of air flow, pruned and fertilized/watered for a few weeks and it still stays wet also but with good drainage, the stick eureka isn’t doing anything I’m just wondering why? My limes are so easy to leaf out and regrow they don’t drop leaves either anyone have any tips or is an expert in these true lemons trees in particular pls slap some sense into me because they are my favourite citrus and I hate to see mine keep dying or struggling bc I can’t do something right, limes growing like crazy, Meyer looking fresh and bouncing back from repotting and losing all its leaves why can’t eureka do this wtf , Kishu releasing and flowering along with calamondin (that one is super yellow still) Idk atp should I give up?
