How to get 1929 birth record without proof of death? Ontario, Canada

My grandaunts were triplets, born at 5 months gestation in 1929 in Ontario, Canada. Only recently discovered their existence after finding their birth announcement in the newspaper. Haven’t found any death records for them although I should have been able to if they existed cause Ontario death records from 1929 are public. Local cemeteries no longer have records from that time. I want to order their birth certificate(s), but I need proof of death in order to order one. Do I need to wait until 104 years have passed so I can get their birth certificates (if they exist)?
